Top 10 Worldwide Financial Institution (in excess of US$ 2 trillion in total assets) – Working with the global management team of a multinational banking and financial services company, we were asked to use entrepreneurial insight and business skills to unlock unseen opportunities for entry into the established retail banking market in one of the largest territories that the bank was not yet prevalent in.
Reframe as stories (scenario based) for senior management – who concluded “This was the most innovative and creative insight that I have seen in the past 15 years in this industry. This is not something we could ever have gotten from any of the large strategy firms or any of the market analysts.”
Work on implementation of this initiative is ongoing.
